On Monday, more than 1,300 armed forces and members of the public are expected to participate in a military procession from Whitehall to Buckingham Palace.

There was also a response from Buckingham Palace that sounded like a weary parent.

Commenting after the BBC interview, Buckingham Palace said: "All of these issues have been examined repeatedly and meticulously by the courts, with the same conclusion reached on each occasion."

They were married at Westminster Abbey on 29 April 2011, when tens of thousands of people lining the streets for their wedding procession to Buckingham Palace.

"The Sussexes will not use their HRH titles as they are no longer working members of the Royal Family," said a statement from Buckingham Palace at the time.
