Choe said at the dinner banquet that Pyongyang and Moscow were building an “unbreakable comradely relationship” under the “strategic” decisions and leadership of Kim and Putin, the North’s official Korean Central News Agency said.

In Russia, Kim deepened “comradely fellowship and friendly ties” with Putin, North Korean state media reported.

The opening exchange is treated as cross-examination masquerading as comradely colloquy.

"The connections to far-right movements are not a single mistake, misunderstanding or bad humour, but rather repeated, systematic and comradely liaison," Green Party MP Hanna Holopainen said as she proposed the motion on Tuesday evening.
