Trevor Laky, a spokesman for the Industrial Commission of Arizona, said the agency has begun a rulemaking process.

“It is in nobody’s interest to be delinquent or stay delinquent,” Laky said.

TransUnion emphasized that consumers should still contact their lenders if they are struggling, said Jason Laky, executive vice president and head of the agency’s financial services business.

Laky, of Arizona OSHA, said the agency has no plans to investigate the matter further after UPS told regulators that the death was not work-related.

Officers charged the two Florida men, Shay Tracy, 28, of St. Petersburg, and Alex Laky, 27, of Hudson, with criminal mischief, according to court records.
