Trump fired back at Kelly’s testimony on Wednesday, calling former chief of staff a “total degenerate” and “lowlife” in a Truth Social post denying some of his allegations.

That also provoked an angry broadside from Trump, who called the former Marine general a "lowlife" with "Trump derangement syndrome" in a Truth Social post.

He said Trump targeting the film's writer Gabe Sherman - calling him a "lowlife" and questioning his credentials - had sparked an influx of hate.

The former president objected strongly to the portrayal calling screenwriter Gabe Sherman a "lowlife and talentless hack."

"I got it done, with Conservative help, and this lowlife, Jones, never once called to thank me, or the others that helped, for what we had done," he complained.
